Find the two wires that connect to the snap-disc switch and connect them together. You might want to check switch and make sure it's properly positioned and making contact with stove body.
 
Probably wouldn't hurt to. You can buy ceramic wire nuts at a good hardware store.
 
Before rewiring, check to see if the thermostatic snap switch is making good, firm contact with the stove body. Sometimes this just requires increasing the spring tension against the snap switch.
