    I just cleaned my flue yesterday for the 1st time this season. Got about a half quart of dark brown fluffy stuff.. :)

    Pine is fine. :) Been burning it the last few nights, since its been warmer. Season it as all wood needs, and "Sap" isn't an issue at all...

    Considering that your a good friend and you live pretty close? I would say $5,000? Seems fair, considering the short drive and I know you'd do the same for me ;)

    I burn whatever I find. Some pressed wood blocks. I hate them but do not want to sell them so I burn them. The bride seems to neck the air down all the way so it burns slow.
