Looks like a Jotul 118 knockoff. Does it say Taiwan on the back or in the castings?

Yup, looks like a copy. Not a particularly high quality product. May not even be worth the $75. If it were genuine original, that would be a steal if it were in nice condition. Rick

Second forum member today to post that craigslist find. Danno77 may beat you to it.

not looking at it too seriously, just thought it looked like a cool old stove, i liked the raised design on the side of it. i have a feeling it will be a while before i can jump to wood heat...i would love to do it right now, but circumstances don't make it a very wise decision at the moment. but if this was a steal of a deal, then i would consider buying it and have it in waiting.

if danno77 is quicker on the trigger, that would be fine...it would take the decision out of my hands.

Looks like it says Regency on the front. Wonder if its related to the Regency of today?
