Timber Ridge Max 240 - 55-TRP240

Looking at a 2008 Timber Ridge Max 240 - 55-TRP240 with 3/4 ton pellets, is it worth $1200.00 ? My daughter is looking at it for her place in Maine. It is currently in use, the guy says he is upgrading, and comes with new spare parts.

Well she is buying it, the guy is going to wood. He also has a bunch of new parts for it. She told me that he states he purchased a bunch of spare parts for it when he bought the stove. She said that there were alot of parts in their new boxes.
