Can I install a harman xxv with the top vent adapter through a regular wall or does it have to go into a masonry chimney? I would like to use that to make it look more like an old wood stove. If I can, do you run a pellet stove pipe or liner inside the 6 inch chimney pipe?

so it looks like I could run either...which is cheaper or would you recommend?
