Any of you from around the Harrisburg, Lancaster, Ephrata PA area? I will be flying in there tomorrow morning to look at a new ladder truck for the fire department. Just curious.

Im a bit farther east, not by much, hour and half or two.

For good eats (sort of close for you) check out Shady Maple Smorgasbord http://www.shady-maple.com/smorgasbord/daily-menu-pricing/

Great food, lots of food and pretty reasonable pricing. huge eat all you can buffet. Great times. Not if you like formal eating, good thing I dont.

I have family in Ephrata, it is beautiful there, agreed! I'm about an hour and a half east but go up there a lot for flea markets, antiques and Shady Maple, as already posted here ;)

    Nice truck!

Steve, that looks like a dandy! Shoot, I'd have went to pick that up. It would have been nice to drive that thing. I hope you never have to use it but know you will. May it serve you well.

Sure looks like a dandy Steve. Now wouldn't that be great if you never had to use it?

Looks like a nice chief! There's a fire truck dealer not to far from me, those shiny new rigs are cool.
