UL rating for Defiance Volcano II?

Insurance company wants to know there is a UL rating on my Defiance Volcano II wood stove.
I've used it for a number of years - there is no plate on it.
Anyone have info to help?

You could try calling Underwriters if all else fail.
 
I just found this post... sorry to be late to the party.. I too have a volcano II and just copied this info from the tag "complies with UL #391 CSA ETLM. Another tag states it was inspected by PFS corp in Madison Wisconsin.There is alot more info than that too...let me know if you want more. Seems the only thing I can't find about this stove is year of manufacture.
