Mixing coal in Biomass boiler.

Anyone have any results or suggestions as to mixing coal as a fuel in these boilers? Any results or how to's would be appreciated.

I have done it. I believe you can add 40 or 50%- check the manual.
I found that putting it on top of the wood is much better than on the bottom as the coal needs air flow under it. Even so, it is hard to keep going well due to a lack of a grate. It does work, but the small sizes fall down the nozzle and the big sizes are hard to keep going well.
When all is said and done- I did not find it to be worth it.
