I have a Quadrafire 1200. I also have a sky tech wireless remote. My wife doesn't want the receiver put in the wall with wires coming out of the wall connecting to the pellet stove. I was thinking about using Velcro to attach the receiver to the unit. Bag idea?

That's the same control we use for the backup propain stove. Velcroed the remote holder to the door frame so when we remove the holder won't have to worry about the paint.

Great idea that's what I did some years ago.
