I found a Washington Stove Works Zodiac Z-1 woodstove. Does anyone have info , photo's, year made or an idea of a price of this used one? Thanks Koz

The family sold the plant in 1981. So most material about the stoves and the stoves themselves have probably been in the landfill for a long, long time.

Maybe this person has some info since they say the following: "This solid fueled cookstove integrates and updates the best functional design elements from several now defunkt boat oriented stove foundries. SHIPMATE (of Stamford, Ct.) & WASHINGTON STOVE WORKS (of Everett, Wa.) being two of the best known examples." ?
