I tried searching this but didn't find an exact answer.....so here' s this one. Our copper kettle boiled over and left a white water mark on the stove top. It looks terrible. It's a Lopi Liberty. I ceratinly don't want to paint it in the off season. Does any one know what I can use to remove or lighten it? Thanks!

That's why it's a good idea to use a trivet. On our old Shenandoah stoves I ended up wire brushing and repainting...btw we have hard water so your case may be different.

When the stove goes cold I'd try using some bottled water with a very mild abrasive Scotch pad. Good luck
