    Just curious as to what should the ash from pellets looks like? I am becoming a pellethead about trying to get as an efficent burn as possible. After some changes I now produce a white ash vs a dark one. I think this is good...any others out there?

    White ash is better then black. IF it is white you got the best burn you can get.
