I just bought a NT chain grinder it came with three wheels, I need to sharpen a 3/8 chain so do I use the smallest wheel? I use a 7/32 file to hand file but need to hit the chain with the grinder since I hit the dirt...

3/16" wheel for 3/8" chain. Can also sharpen .325 and .404 with that wheel, though not "ideal" so to speak.
