Any guesses on what this is? Ran by this on Craigslist. Looks to be sitting for awhile to I wonder if it is punky at all? Thoughts?

The fungus (or whatever it is) growing out of the ends of the rounds is not a good sign...
 
Thinking those chairs won't burn too well. . . .
 
Since I beat Jay here, I'll guess Silver Maple!!
Looks questionable, but who knows? Unless it was right next door I'd pass.

Yep! And rots quicker than most.
 
does kinda look like maple

I wouldn't worrry too much about the fungi - I get much bigger ones growing on the cherry all the time, mostly attached to the bark.
stuff on the ground may not be seasoning too well
 
if you can cherry pick it, it might be ok. If you need to take it all, let somebody else clean up their mess!
