Is anyone heating there hot water with the coils that they sell? I would have to move my hot water heater
and not sure if it would be worth it.

I am not, it would require a couple hundred feet of copper for me to do this, and I would have to be able to have a bypass and drain of one section, the big jack is in the garage. However, I just figured out today that I am still spending about 50.00 a month on propane for hot water, so it got a little more tempting.
