preparing crack for repair.
Preparing one of the several breaks in the stove. This side plate had two complete breaks and several cracks. The stove had about 12 areas that required repair and portions of the casting were manufactured very thin.
 
This was the previous condition of the hard break located on the side plate at the bypass/damper control.
