Flue Exit and Tee for cleanout

Pipe is maybe an inch off wall, that's a bracket I made that it straps to behind it. Pipe also goes through roof seal and is again braced with bracket at edge of roof above.
 
Replaced this pipe in later '17 after new metal roof, but the tees always show signs of leaking over time as the is a fan pushing exhaust, not convection. In '22 I recovered the wall too.
