18 minutes should be in air quotes. It’s more like up to 20 minutes. I’ve timed them anywhere from 15 to 19 minutes and 59 seconds before.

Thanks for letting me know what the reality is. This is my second time fixing a pellet stove. So I have almost experience to know what is "normal."
