Initial Fire

Alderlea T6, hope this is the beginning of a cozy relationship!
Hello, I am looking for a thread or group of folks who can help me with my T6. It is six months old and I am frustrated with the stove and disappointed in all aspects of the design and service.

First the air control lever is not connected to anything and is therefore non operational. As a result of this, and not being able to identify any controllable air intake the stove suffers for oxygen and does not get out of the creosote zone - ever. There is a list of issues with this stove as long as my arm but let's start here if anyone can help me understand this engineering disaster.

Thank you very much,
Denise
