    Breckwell Big E SP1000

    About 2 weeks ago my Big E will quit with the 2nd error light flashing. I think I cleaned it pretty well. I found that the chimney insert needed cleaning and did that as well. I am a visual person and can't find a video on how and what to clean. It is my only source of heat. Any ideas other...

    Big E Convection Blower runs too fast

    I have a Big E pellet stove. Replaced a convection blower for the second time. First one was tree years ago. Once installed the new blower, stove runs fine but blower is running at high speed all the time. The stove was working fine before installing new blower. Any thoughts?

    Hello All ... I have always used a Honeywell millivolt thermostat to operate the stove ... Now the problem/questions ... Last week in on/off mode the stove would not come on when setting the thermostat ... I guess the thermostat can go bad or what else ? In High/Low mode I hit the on button...
