10-CPM Cleaning Thread?

Got a lazy flame and black glass issue going on with my 10-CPM. Planning on giving the stove a good scrubbing tonight after work. I intend to follow the manual, but I was curious if there is a definitive thread detailing how to give the 10-CPM a thorough and proper cleaning? I want to make sure that I am not missing anything.

There are a few threads on here dealing with a 10-cpm lazy flame/overfull burnpot issue - This is my first winter with a pellet stove so I’m pretty new at this, but I also had the lazy flame/overflow burnpot issue around thanksgiving and this is what fixed it and how I’m now cleaning monthly.
Remove/clean stirrer and burnpot – remove left side shield and igniter screw – slide igniter free from cradle – remove cradle and fiberboard and vacuum every nook and cranny. Remove left and right heat exchangers and vacuum behind – using a rubber mallet bang where the fiberboard was and again vacuum behind the heat exchangers and put everything back together. I then take apart and clean the vent to the T and use the leaf blower trick to suck out the rest of the ash from the vent/exhaust blower. Flame appears very happy so I assume I'm getting everything - --

Pretty much what pourlepayssauvage talks about above, plus make sure that if you have an OAK, that the outside inlet screen isn't plugged. Only thing I think isn't necessary is removing the cradle...I have NEVER done this on mine, and it burns fine.

Exhaust system should be completely cleaned from top to bottom, and possibly the combust. motor could be removed and the vanes wirebrushed/scraped (IF you have a replacement gasket).

You might want to make sure the burn pot sits flat on the cradle and not rocking back & forth (warped). The ash traps must be opened and cleaned behinf AFTER the mallet banging on the steel back wall is finished. Try to get a piece of rubber hose that can be attached to your vac that can be snaked around in the back.

Make sure the ash pan is seated correctly and sealing against stove body.

Oh, and if possible, do the leaf blower treatment AFTER everything else on the stove and exhaust system is as clean as possible.
