Can I use a 100 gallon hot water tank for heat storage?
What parts would i need ? Aquastat etc. ?
Is this beneficial in a power outage?
thanks

100 gallons is way too small to be useful except as additional domestic hot water. If you browse storage threads you'll find discussions about he virtues of 500 gallons vs. 1000 gallons vs even more, along with the equations for calculating how much usable heat you get out of a storage system.
