I went and checked it out briefly..too big for me to take on right now, and I am already pressurized - this one is unpressurized. Apparently was up and running not that long ago, and has a built in heat exchanger. Price is right, if you are handy maybe you could make it work....

BTW: This is not mine, I just saw the ad on craigslist.
 
Definitely looks like a sweet deal for somebody, but it wouldn't fit in what I'm planning... Thanks for the alert, hope someone here finds it useful...
