Hello there forum members, my wife and I are new to pellet stoves and recently came to owning a used p38+ when based on the inspection date was built in 1997. When we plugged the stove in for the first time to test it before installing nothing happened, no fan, no auger, no blower. Any thoughts on where we could start to eliminate possible causes?

Any advice is greatly appreciated as we are shooting in the dark. Thank you,

Welcome to Hearth.com. If the outlet has power to it, the next thing to check is the fuse.
I believe it's ocated on the back of the circuit board, but on a model of that vintage, I could be wrong...

Yup, check to see if there is a fuse of some sort..
