So, a little while back I was trying to remove the burn pot to clean it it well and while re-assembling it, I snapped the head off the bolt. It has been tight (as far as I can tell) been running the unit for 2 winters now. However, I am getting ready to give this unit a full gasket, real deep clean and wanted to know if anyone knew what size this bolt was from factory. I know most units have 2 bolts, mine only has 1, dead center of burn pot.

My suggestion would be, if you can get it out, to bring what's left to the hardware store and get a replacement. Or, at least use the device that they have to measure. You could also see if Englander lists the part although a (very) quick check didn't show anything.

Yeah I did check all the sites and manuals to see if it was listed to no avail, but figured this would be a good place to see if anyone else ran into the issue before and had an answer.

The hardest part will be getting it out. Hopefully you have room for a drill. Once out you will be able to get a replacement easily.
