So I bought it last year. Installed for good this year. Doesn't put out heat like you guys/gals talk about. I've done a ton of research on this site and cant figure it out. Sometimes it feeds pellets, and sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes the bottom auger feeds, sonetimes it doesn't. I can't change the mode to C whatsoever. When I try, I get the choice of numbers 1 thru 8. I don't get it! Am I missing something???
