If anyone needs help with there 25-pah Englander or the Summersheat or Timberridge any of those version please just ask I have owned mine for 4 years and I love it.I know alot of little tricks they do not tell you when you buy.

Here is one quick thing if you keep getting e2 codes and it is not igniter failure open the side panel on right of stove.Take the vacum hose off the vacum switch and blow through it pushing fly ash back into the stove.I use to get e2 codes a lot and with doing this have not had one since been 2yrs.Never use a vacum hose to clean that port where the vacum hose attaches you will blow the diaphragm in the vacum switch.That little port tells your stove when the temperature reaches running temp to come out of start up.Hope this help

Glad you enjoy your stove stillersnut and I am a steelers nut as well and I am exactly sure of your question and if that means blower speed at?I always keep mine one above my heat range,I tried 2 above one time and sometimes it put my flame out probably because was not producing enough heat for blower.I have mine hooked up to the digital thermostat Englander sells and I love it kicks on and off and I save pellets,only down fall I use a igniter a yr,but I figured it out and i would pay more for pellets then a igniter so I buy igniter keep on hand.
Let me be more specific, what settings do you keep the 3 untouchable buttons? The LFF, LBA, AOT? Also, what is your cleaning schedule? Have you had to replace any parts yet, if so which parts? Thanks again...Go Steelers!!
Hi Shannon, I just sent you a note but then I saw this. I took the side panel off but I don't know where the vacuum hose is.
ok those 3 buttons are set from factory first one low fuel feed controls the auger which should be a 1 or 2 next one low burn air controls combustion blower and should be a 4 and last one is air on temp this is your room blower and has to be 1 or stove wont work I have check these all through the mode change see on the 25-pdv and 25-pdvc they come with different modes you can change on they have a b c d on the pdvc and a b c on the pdv so most of the time they come from factory on a A mode which is the least amount of heat the stove will out out so ppl can change there modes to get more heat out of them on the PAH there is not letters there is numbers 1-8 my advice keep it on what it is I have had no issues with mine and more heat comes from better pellets as well,clean schedule well iam a clean freak and I dont care what anyone says your stove burns better clean usually i burn 2 bags 80lbs and then take a paint scraper and push ash into ash pan and clean glass after i burn another 80 i do the samething remove ash and also take burn pot out clean well and clean the creosote from the igniter tube with a brush i bought clean glass last step i remove panel on right of stove pull vacum tube hose of vacum switch and blow through it pushes fly ash back into the stove,never have e2 unless igniter goes out sounds like a crazy schedule but seeings i spent a total of 560 bucks this yr on heat ill do wat i have to way better then oil,if you dont have a remote thermostat there well worth the money and havent replaced anything but igniters and thats because my stove kicks on and off and igniter fires alot.eel free to call me anytime if you need more help or advice 570-541-2221
You want a trick Mary make sure when you add pellets to the PAH u vacum the pellet dust I usually add to bags to my stove and I found out the hard way that if you do not take the few minutes it takes to this the pellet dust will pack in the auger coupler and can freeze ur auger motor which in turn means you will be replacing it.Depending on how many pellets I run through my stove I sometimes will want for hopper to be empty and pull the auger motor and auger assemble off mean you loosen a allen screws and the whole shaft will drop down and then you can vacum the pellet dust from the coupler.Why not share your "tricks" now?
Always nice for newbies with the stove to have the experiences of previous owners to get tips from. We are on our 3rd season with our PAH...never had an error code, or reason to "blow the hose", yet
Our only part replaced, has been the door gasket ( the seam where the ends met leaked)....never vacuumed or sifted any pellets. We had one auger jam, beginning of this season, due to fines, from of all things, a bag of Barefoots( rough handling?)
With the puppies going in and out, we prefer, to not have it on a thermostat, and crank it, before we open the door for them to go out (and let the cold air in). They aren't the fastest sometimes, on deciding whether to jump out into the snow, or not.
We leaf blower, every half ton, just "cause"....and beat the crap out of it, while doing so.

Search "leaf blower trick". AKA, attaching a leaf blower, to the vent, to sucker all the crap out, that you can't see.
Ohh ok never heard of that trick does it work well? and what you do take the 2 port doors off and suck it out that way to clean your heat exchange? and its funny how people have different experiences with there PAH stove a friend bought his same time as me and he is vacum switch went out 2 months after buying guess luck of the draw
Yup, take plates off, while leaf blower is resting on a ladder we have out there (also to reach the top of the vent to brush it, done before leaf blowering) - beat the inside back of the stove (as we've been told to do), to loosen up the ash in the heat exchange.
It's amazing what more crap comes out.
That is really cool never heard of that where can I view this at? from how u describe you have the leaf blower next to the outside stove pipe? and then take the ports off in the inside of the stove and then beat back with maly and then go outside and turn on the leaf blower of course to suck not to blow
