3 days of haze

Hey all,

This is my 3rd year burning with my osburn 2400 insert and have been burning for almost a week now this season. For the past few days we have noticed a haze in the house and what looks to be ash throughout the house. We have yet to actually shovel any ash out of the wood stove and don't believe its back puffing ash into the house because we cannot smell any smoke. Does anyone have any ideas as to what is going on?

Now that's a new one - especially with no smoke smell. Is there a sooty residue on the furniture? which room relative to the stove is the worst?

Was somebody using a portable or whole-house Vacuum and the bag burst without knowing?

Wish the answer was as simple as that. It seems to be throughout the first floor from the family room where the stove is into the next two rooms. It doesn't seem sooty but can't explain why it has been since starting the stove. Will probably pull the blower and vac it again but it's been days I would think if that was the case it would have blown out by now

I clicked on this thread thinking there is a new Cheech n Chong movie coming out or sumthin!

More on topic...is it possible that a mouse drug some stuff into the stoves air passages?

Perhaps new convective loops in the house, loose dust now flying towards the stove? cold dense air can do a lot of things.
