I have a 5502m pellet stove and have a few questions.
Does anyone else have the issue of the pellets over shooting the burn pot and if you are, have you found a cure for that? With that same thought when these pellets land in the bottom of stove they seem to burn (smolder) and when you either shut down stove or it shuts it self down eventually the draft fan shuts off and the pellets that missed the burn pot continue to smolder causing a smoke odor in the house any ideas?
