Hello new to forum. Just got a 6048. House all hooked up running good. Wanna do my garage also. There r 3 ports on the boiler. 1 1-1/4 AND 2 3/4" supply and returns. Have the house on the larger of course. My question is, if there only 3/4 our then y use 1inch pex for the lines. Gonna be restricted anyway from supply and return ports?

If I am understanding correctly you asking about 3/4” bung on you boiler connected to 1” pex to go to your garage. From my point of view not an issue as 1” pex I.D. - inside diameter is 3/4” as well.

Also I owned a 6048 for years and used the same set up with 1” pex to heat my shop over 100’ away with undeground piping

Regards
