While in my quest to find a cheaper replacement combustion fan for my enviro empress i came across this website. http://www.electricmotorwarehouse.com/fireplace.htm

Cheaper prices on auger motors, combustion fans and convection fans.

Not associated with the site in any way nor have i ordered from them before. Just passing the info along.

Maybe someone smarter than me can tell me if that combustion blower fan for $112 will work with my empress

That should work. Problem with the Empress is its so compact they over heat the close frame motors. This shortens their life. I'm pretty sure the Enviro replacements are Cframe motors which offer better cooling.

A bit more cash but these will run cooler and last longer IMHO.
