I got my new Harman 52i installed. Thanks to everyone who gave me a few pointers on installing it. Once my parts came in and I could see how it went together, it wasn't bad at all.
Took out a zc heat-n-glo wood unit with sl-300 glue. Installed Harman zc enclosure, new hearth, accentera 52i and Simpson pellet vent pro.

That looks very nice congrats

Looks excellent. What exactly did you purchase? I'm looking to do exactly the same thing. Do you have more installation pictures?

It's a Harman accentera 52i. That's an insert so it's designed to go in a masonry fireplace... I had to install it in the Harman zero clearance enclosure since I had no fireplace.
Here's a few progress pics.
If you end up doing the same thing, feel free to ask questions. I was somewhat confused how it all went together until I had all the parts in my hand. Ordering parts was tricky because the installation manual is not super clear on what all you need and how it all fits together.
I've noticed the stove stores sell stoves and have guys who install them. They don't cater to the self install guys. So all the parts and pieces that are needed (or not) are not clear to a salesman.
