My older Accentra has been great and reliable, I do full cleaning every 1/2 ton or so. Now the distribution blowers do not activate and the stove reverts to minimal burn shortly after starting. Everything including the distribution blowers works fine in test mode. The ESP probe is clean with normal resistance. No blinking status lights. I did power-off reset. Happens in both room temp and constant burn modes, temp dial high well above room temp. I’m thinking a safety function is kicking in and since the ESP probe seems ok my next step is board replacement. I’m no pellet stove expert, is this the appropriate next step? Thanks.

I would say try a new control card after making sure to set all the dip switches. The red and black ESP probes are not the same" The red one is a k type thermocouple and the old black ones were a thermistor type, basically the same as your room sensor" Double check your ESP probe type and re-confirm it's good.

Thanks Whitenuckler. Yes, I will check the dip switch positions on a new board. My ESP probe is a red one, I looked up the expected resistance and mine matches. Don't know any other way to confirm ESP normal function. I might just get a new one along with a new board to be sure. I appreciate your input.
