Accentra insert OAK - Where to buy or DIY?

I haven't been able to find one online to purchase.

Anyone have any leads?

Also, I remember reading somewhere here in the forums about a DIY version.

My exhaust is up through my chimney. It's my understanding that I just need to get the intake a few feet past the rock wool blocking the chimney and then have a compatible chimney cap.

Any recommendations on chimney caps for OAK?

I modified my existing chimney cap by cutting out a 3" section out of the middle of the stainless expanded metal and bolting the remaining 1" sections together. I purchased my OAK about $115.00 from Stoves and Stuff based out of Pa. Any Harman dealer should be able to get one for you. One could be made along with a stub piece that attaches to the insert frame so the stove can detach from the frame when you want/have to pull it out. Also, mine did not fit well, I had to re-bend the "weldment" piece where it attaches to the hopper. I ended mine about 5' past my block off plate.

Got mine Friday at anger steins in Wilmington de. Cost 119 plus 6.48 for 8 foot 3 inch pipe.

My accentra insert was not installed with an OAK. My cheap solution was to get 3" corrugated metal dryer vent connected with radiator clamps and run it through the floor cleanout of the fireplace (which opened into a crawl space) and ran it to vent diffuser which i affixed to one of my existing crawl space vents. Works great. I did make sure to put some screening around the foundation vent so it doesn't get blocked. I need to use care when I slide the insert back in place to ensure I don't bend/crimp my flexible duct.

Great idea; unfortunately, my fireplace doesn't have a cleanout.
