Less than 3 months ago I put in a White Rodgers brand adjustable thermodisc. I wanted to try lower settings for faster startup confirmation and to blow out more heat at shutdown. Stock is 140, and so far I’m liking 120 - 125 better.

Anyway it started failing this week. Clean stove, it stopped the pellet feed while I was at work. Then stopped again that night. So in the morning I put in one of my old thermodiscs and no more problems.

So does anyone make one of these adjustable thermodiscs in ceramic, or one that is just better? Or should I just get some fixed value discs in ceramic?
