I am running MS Edge, and the same thing happened to me a couple of days ago. I sent a message to Hearth but no reply. I could live with the pop up and banner ads the way they were before, but that banner is now over 50% of the screen. I tried Chrome, but the same. I never use my phone, but I did try it and it was OK. My temporary fix was to install Ad block extension on Edge. It seems to work good, but I want to support the site (without paying $30 USD with my weak C$), so I hope they tell Google not to take over the site. What's wrong with this picture.just on tablet not phone
No doubt!wtf does that have to do with wood stoves?!
Seems that someone was googling LGBT mortgages.Yea, the adds seem off lately. Making the website an app on your phone helps a little… but this morning I got an add for LGBT mortgage benefits… wtf does that have to do with wood stoves?!🤣
🤣🤣🤣🤣 I always seems to get hot water heater adds, so this one really caught me off guard!Seems that someone was googling LGBT mortgages.Whenever I look at any website for eg sunglasses, google pushes the ads to Hearth and that's all I see. It's came in handy though, as the Raybans I was watching went on sale and I ordered them. Now someone will send Hearth a cheque. I hope they fix it soon. With this Adblock I get nothing which seems very strange
I never saw one like that. Must be a deluxe electric?🤣🤣🤣🤣 I always seems to get hot water heater adds, so this one really caught me off guard!

Heat pump water heater, and on demand WH, I think...I never saw one like that. Must be a deluxe electric?
Yea, this is it. The heat pump water heaters are interesting though. I wonder how they perform in the middle of a cold New England Winter?Heat pump water heater, and on demand WH, I think...
Oh, I didn't know they had those. They don't show the outdoor part?Heat pump water heater, and on demand WH, I think...
We have one, it works great...saves us about $20/month on our electric bill (and we have pretty reasonable power) and it dehumidifys the basement at the same time.wonder how they perform in the middle of a cold New England Winter?
Hpwh is all contained inside...just pulls heat from the basement/house.Oh, I didn't know they had those. They don't show the outdoor part?
On demand would be nice for my kitchen sink
Oh wow I have to look into this. I have a newer one that was installed a few years ago but they don't last forever. What kind of money are we talking? All self contained? Are they noisy? We have one, it works great...saves us about $20/month on our electric bill (and we have pretty reasonable power) and it dehumidifys the basement at the same time.
In the winter our Kuuma wood furnace is about 15' away, so the hpwh is basically making hot water from "waste heat" coming off the furnace.

On demand is nice, but they can have some installation and maintenance requirements above and beyond a standard WH.
That’s great insight, I didn’t realize it scavenged heat from the basement. This makes a lot of sense in New England. We have one, it works great...saves us about $20/month on our electric bill (and we have pretty reasonable power) and it dehumidifys the basement at the same time.
