I'm still trying to figure out how to vent a DV stove in my chimneyless, Victorian-era coal box. I'm considering reframing the mantle, pushing it further into the room to allow space to vent above and to the side. (Since I last posted here, I've determined that the interior chimney flue is unusable.)
Has anyone tried this approach? Will I need to steal a ton of space from my living room to accommodate the vents? The Valor Portrait Windsor Arch is my 1st choice, but I'm flexible (dimensions/clearances attached) .
