Air adjustment on Harmen Accentra ???

How to adjust it for Hardwood pellets, or does it matter?????

I burned a few bags of soft wood pellets they burned great , now i have

3 tons of hardwood pellets they dont burn good? lots of ash, low flame??

Or is it the pellets itself ???

you shouldn't need to adjust the air.

Have you checked to see if there is a lot of ash behind the baffle plates?

it needs to be cleaned once every couple of weeks, or the airflow gets restricted
