We replaced the thermocouple in our warm morning heater. It worked great over the weekend. Now, the heater shuts off after a few minutes and the pilot light goes out. Any suggestions?

Valve itself could be bad. Pilot could be TOO high, which makes the tc shut down. Pilot tube should be looked at and possibly cleaned. Connection where the TC connects to the valve should be taken apart, cleaned (pencil eraser is good), and then put back together.
