Any idea what is causing this issue?

Brand I believe is Majestic and model is Quartz36IN. Has switch on wall to turn on, which pilot light will light instantly.

Was working fine Sunday and now its doing this. Cleaned off thermocouple with wire brush. Nothing looks out of place. I've had this fireplace for over 7 years and no issues.

Not sure if there is an issue with ignition control module or gas regulator is stuck.

Had to cut a bit off the video so I could upload. Thermocouple is glowing red when I zoom in later.

Any help appreciated.

Looks like maybe the videos I uploaded are not showing up. What happens is when I flip on the wall mounted the pilot light starts within a few seconds like it should. Every 5-10 seconds, I get an ignition from the gas in the fireplace, but the burner doesn't stay lit. Just the small amount of gas that has built up. I'm curious if this is possibly a stuck gas regulator or an issue with the ignition control module. I'm not sure if the ignition control module is keeping the burners from staying lit. Or regulator is not letting enough gas out to keep burners lit.

Thanks again!!!

You shouldn't have an ignition control module and Thermopile/thermocouple typically. Unless this appliance is sorta unique.

Appreciate your response. Could have some parts mixed up. Been watching a few youtube videos. This is the part number listed in the owners manual.

HHT Heat N Glo and Majestic NG Pilot Assembly - SRV2106-169

i would replace the thermo couple. cheap compared to valve. they do go south.
