I cant seem to find alot of reviews. Price seems good. Dealer and install top notch. He likes them and can get most any brand. I am a very satisfied PE customer and this stove is a second stove. Any where near PE in quality and performance?

canadian built, nothing fancy but seems to work good. A few folks on here have them. If the $$$$ are right, good for 2 nd stove for sure.

I think they are pretty decent stoves. Find the model number you are looking for and do a search on this forum.

Good luck,
Bill

Michael,

They are a great stove company. Made in Quebec, SBI owns them as well as a few other companies.

I have a 2300 and am very satisfied. Cast iron door, steel stove, stainless steel baffle.

Ask away...

Andrew

I have a 2200 insert sitting on a pallet in my garage, due to be installed TOMORROW!

The warranty is better than many popular stoves I see on this forum.......I'm not sure why you don't see much in the way of reviews for them. It seems very well built, but time shall tell how well it works.

I think some of those Osburn's have a bypass which is a good option to have.

It probably has to do with less dealer representation in the states and name identity. There are many competing choices presenting similar options.

I have a Osburn 2400 freestanding stove. Uses a TON less wood then my last stove that I had. Holds a decent fire. Bought used - for $200. Tough to find information in the States about this stove... at least in my area. Good Luck!

Installed an 1800i bay window last year. Burns really nice and can crank out a lot of heat with the blower, nice quality. Bought it from dynamitebuys, showed up secure in a crate. Wasn't too heavy with the door and bricks pulled out. Originally wanted a Jotul but the prices were steep at the local dealer.
