Anyone have an email contact for Travis Ind.?

I tried to find an email address for Travis Ind but can't find one. I want to see it they will send me some OEM door gasket. What my dealer gave me to replace factory gasket I don't like at all. Plus my air wash glows red with every fire and it didn't do that until I replaced the gasket so I don't know if its the gasket or not causing it

Dollar bill test the gasket? Or wave some incense sticks around the door to see if it's pulling air in maybe.

Aftermarket gasket should be fine as long as the diameter is the same and the density pretty close.

What kind of gaskey did you get from dealer? My shop said the black graphite Rutland is more sense dense than the white rope gasket. Whatever was on the Isle Royale I just refurbished was to me same as graphite Rutland, even took some time to ponder it. I used the graphite on my Liberty and dealer thought it was same as OEM Lopi gasket.

It was white don't know the density. The picture is exactly what the factory gasket looked like

That looks like the Rutland graphite gasket, when you cut it, cut a little long pull out the core bout a 1/2" and tuck the outer tube back in to get a neat edge.

I just replaced my door gasket on my Liberty about (2) weeks ago and used 3/4" dia Rutland. It's been working fine, as thats what I have always used. Are you sure you got the same diameter gasket, make sure it's 3/4". You must also be very careful that the originial number of spacer washers are behind the locking dog when you replace the door gasket too, if you have removed them over time as your old gasket wore out you must add them back in to OEM specs or you will crush the new gasket quickly. Also, have you checked the window gasket? If you have never replaced that and your stove is 6+ years old then I bet this is a problem area.
