I'm liking stove chow and nature's own this year. My presto logs are good but they're hard to find by me. The turmans are great when it gets real cold.

Hmmm… so they pander to patriotism, and yet they're distributed by a company International Forest Products? Do ya think they get their sawdust from Canada or do they sell US flagged pellets in Canada? I mean, what makes them "International"?

Okay, I looked at their website, this is what they say:

"IFP is working with some of the largest utilities in Europe to develop innovative supply chain relationships to source traditional and new biomass feedstock and accredited liquid bio oils.

IFP has emerged as a leader in sourcing and trading sustainable biomass materials because it has identified and is responding to:

-the anticipated demand for industrial scale biomass, especially torrified fuel, for co-firing in conventional coal burning power stations in Europe;

-new opportunities to co-fire industrial scale crop residues, grown exclusively for energy, which are now activelybeing pursued in markets such as the UK for their higher renewable energy credits; and

-the growing fuel market for residential and small commercial wood pellet stoves and central heating systems."

So, what makes them so patriotic?

Agree. I'm always into trying new pellets. Ran into a loose pallet of these at my homey depot. I did a quick forum search and decided against buying even a bag.
