Ash removal on a stove without an ash pan can be a pain. Wondering how other stove owners that don't have an ash pan do this task. I am thinking of making some kind of fork tool to sift and lift the larger hot embers to one side of the stove and remove the finer ash from the other side, then switch the process for the other side. My other stove had a grate and ask removal was simple. Anyone have any tools they made or bought that work, please let me know.
Yes Right about leaving a bed of ash. I just wouldn't vacuum all of it out. I tried the shoveling thing when I first got my Intrepid. So messy./dusty. House smells like smoke. So now I just do the vacuum thing. On another note. I prefer the two doors on the Resolute III, Defiant3
