I know you probably want to know why it is tripping the GFCI but couldn't you wire the GFCI so it by passes and make the outlet you are plugging the stove into a regular outlet. In video he uses WAGO's instead of wire nuts but you can use plain wire nuts.
I'm not too sure of this guy as he is stuffing the box full of connectors when the receptacle has spots for parallel wiring.
Also, the new version has an "End of Life" status light.
Edit-he also broke the rule in the instructions not to have more than 4 wires (besides ground) in the box by using a useless "pigtail"
I would not want him wiring my stuff.
