about to have my second exhaust blower changed out, (nasty screeching, on/off sound) only been burning athens pellets through the stove since oct. burnt about 1 1/2 ton and i am not very pleased having to call the dealer and have the exhaust motor changed out every month it seems like.

i have 1/2 ton left and will not be burning them again. ill switch to my green teams once the motor has been changed out. my father has the same stove and has had zero problem with NEWP, greenteam pellets.

I am waiting for a dealer to get the parts to change both fans in my NPI40. The combustion fan has lost power and doesn't suck hard enough and the convection fan is grinding away. I cant tell if I am more unhappy with the stove or the service related to the stove. Looks nice in the wall though. I burned 6 or 7 bags of the athens before I stopped because I was afraid of problems with the stove.

Sorry to hear about your stove/pellet situation.
We ordered from 3 different dealers. We bought from the first dealer to call.
Corinth/Athens/New England Pellets
We ended up with 4 tons of Athens!!
If they do not clean up their process, I will shop elsewhere next year.

Since mid October we have burned about 40 bags.
Very good heat but a lot of heavy ash.
We had a circulator fan replaced yesterday. (Noisy, not pellet related)
But, I will monitor the combustion fan closely!!
