Ravelli RV100 burns for ten minutes then goes out, clean pot

Hi there, we have 2 stoves not working....grr!
Anyway, the Ravelli 100 has been cleaned thoroughly by pro last winter.
Start up this fall after another clean by hubby and it burned for about 10 -15 minutes. Set on 1 where we always leave it.
It gradually goes out, leaving the burn pot clean as a whistle.
First time, he replaced the auger motor (it had sounded a little funny before that). 2nd one, last was about six years ago.
Tried with new motor, same thing, and got a depression 08 message.
Door and top latches seem ok. Any thoughts?

I don't know your stove but from your description, it sounds like the Vaccum switch is disconnected or faulty

We had the service guy come out and he checked all the switches, inc. vacuum switch and they were all fine. Said there is a clog, probably in the exhaust pipe. Didn't have time to clean that day. Said we had to disconnect stove from the wall to do the clean. Does this sound right? He didn't even do that last time he cleaned. Thanks.

That's why most people do their own cleaning.
For a fire, you need heat, fuel and air
Heat to start the fuel burning and air for combustion
if one is missing or lack of, no fire
Clean the chimney and see what happens

No chimney. Only a pipe out through the wall and then a t-pipe.

No matter where it goes it is still a chimney and you
have an ash build up somewhere in your stove somewhere
That T Pipe could be full of ash
It does not have to be ash. A wasp nest, a bee hive or a mouse nest
