Couple days ago my auger motor stopped working or so I thought. Auger does not turn but I do have constant power to it. So went and picked up a replacement auger motor from earth sense. Plugged it in and nothing. I still have constant power to the connectors.

So first question does the main circuit board supply constant or intermittent power to the motor?
Second any thoughts on what could be wrong?

Stove is a Volegelzang VG 5770

what is the constant power? 110-120vac?

Looks like the schematic shows 120vac power supply. One white wire (120ac) and one yellow wire from the control board.

Still stumped on this one. I have power. But what are the chances the new auger motor bad?

Did you check for voltage with a multimeter?Make a test cord and attach to thr auger motor and plug into the wall outlet. If it runs the motor is good.
