Need help on finding what could be causing issue with our Avalon Asotria (turning window solid black) - over the weekend the entire stove was taken apart and cleaned. Replaced rope gasket around door, clean out gaskets and combustion fan was replaced. Stove ran great for two days and now back to turning window black. Any idea's on what issue could be would be greatly appreciated.

We've done that too. Never had this issue until we put a new fan on. Going to put the old one back on tonight and see if that fixes it. We love this stove. Had it for 7 years and never a issue.

Is the new fan an OEM? Double check to make sure it is the proper one for the stove - specs on motor. If the problem isn't with the fan, perhaps the board? Confirm settings are unchanged (fuel feed and air)?
