Avalon Raineer loose door

We have an Avalon Raineer purchased and installed in 2007. I noticed the door is loose and hangs low enough to scraped the trim work on the lip. Anybody else experience this ?.....how do I determine if it's the door, or the hinges ?....time to junk the Raineer ?

If the hinge pins are worn you should be able to move the door up and down easily.
